Decent prices, few hiccups
I purchased a baby stroller and some teething toys during their festive sale. The stroller was well-packaged and easy to assemble, good quality for the price I paid. Teething toys were also fine. However, one of the toys was slightly different from the picture online, not a big deal but worth mentioning. Customer service was a bit slow to respond to my query about delivery tracking, took almost 24 hours. Overall, good value but they could improve on communication.
